Records Division

Duties & Responsibilities

Copies of police reports and accident reports may be obtained from the Police Department Records Division between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the Public Safety Center, 714 East Concho Street, or by calling 361-790-1102.

Incident and offense reports are $.10 per page. Accident reports are $6 for each report. A local criminal history may also be obtained for $2. For information via the Freedom of Information Act, please fill out the request form. Records Request Form
