The Property and Evidence Division is responsible for maintaining a clear and concise chain of custody for all evidence in accordance with state requirements and statutes.
The following is a list of property that has gone unclaimed. If the listed property is not identified and claimed within 90 days from the date of posting, the items will be disposed of in accordance with the State of Texas Criminal Code of Procedure Art. 18.17.
