OUR PLEDGE

To serve the City of Rockport residents and visitors by providing the highest standard of Parks & Leisure Services facilities and programs,efficiently, professionally and safely.

WHAT WE DO

We maintain all city parks, the community aquatic & skate park, athletic courts and fields, hike & bike trails, playgrounds, picnic sites, restrooms, rental facilities, a 2.6 acre freshwater pond and various city-owned sites, and we provide services to the Downtown Heritage District.  We also sponsor several run/walks throughtout the year.  

This department manages and operates the Community Aquatic Park, in addition to administering park concessions and exclusive-use agreements.

Our department presents, and assists in presenting, a variety of community-focused programs and events, while also serving as city liaison to the Keep Rockport Beautiful Committee.
