EMPLOYEES OF C CONCEPTS, INC OF HOUSTON, TEXAS have been issued Itinerant Vendor-Peddler-Solicitor permits by the City of Rockport which expires January 30, 2009.
The issuance of a permit by the City of Rockport does not endorse any product or service, but indicates a background check has been completed on those employees.
It is mandatory that each approved permittee must wear a City-issued permit along with a C Concepts photo ID badge and an orange traffic-safety vest at all times during solicitation. It is prohibited for any Vendor to solicit on Sundays. It is prohibited for any Vendor to solicit before 9:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. It is prohibited for any Vendor to solicit on any Federally designated holiday or when a level “Orange” or “Red” State of Alert has been issued. It is prohibited for any vendor to solicit on, in, upon, or around a City Right-of-Way.
